Air Cooled Induction Seale

  • This is a low speed air cooled online induction cap sealing machine used on a continuous production filling and capping line.
  • This machine consists of an induction sealing head unit placed over the line conveyor
  • The machine seals the bottle as it passes under the sealing head by a non contact electromagnetic heating process.
  • The heating is controlled by the interface located on its control panel and is preset as per the line speed and bottle diameter.
  • The sealing head unit height is adjustable to accommodate the passage of the bottle.
Safety Interlocks::
  • No foil detection system: If the foil is absent in the bottle cap, an audio visual alarm gets activated.
  • Auto ON/OFF System: If bottle is jammed/no bottle in conveyor then machine stops sealing.
